The Bible
We believe that the Bible, and only the Bible, is the true, authentic and authoritative Word of God. The Bible alone is the complete and final authority in settling all doctrinal truths. It also establishes the basis of truth for each of our lives, upon which our thinking, feeling, being and understanding are founded. The Bible, in its original writing, is both inspired and inerrant.

The Trinity
We believe that the Godhead has existed for all eternally within 3 distinct persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Each with specific and unique functions yet all with the same power and authority, having the same nature, attributes and perfection.

The Father
Our God is great, gracious, merciful, good to all, faithful, powerful, all knowing and ever present. He is near to those who call upon Him and it is in Him that we live, move and exist. God is good. He upholds and raises up. He is our Father. He is loving and kind, just and a justifier. He is faithful to His covenants and promises.

The Son
We believe that Jesus Christ is God the Son, the second part of the trinity. We believe that Jesus is 100% God and 100% man. He is the only begotten Son of God the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary making Him the Son of God. He is the only man to live a sinless life. He was placed and died upon a cross for our sins, rose from the dead three days later and ascended into Heaven.

The Holy Spirit
Initiated at Pentecost, this ongoing baptism (or infilling) is the promise of the Father given by Jesus after His ascension. His presence assures us of our relationship with Jesus, functions as a guide, establishes conviction, comforts and empowers the believer with various gifts. Some of these gifts are manifested in various ways.
Genesis 1:2; Psalms 51:11, 139:7; Isaiah 61:1-3; Joel 2:28-32; Mark 1:10; Luke 1:35, 4:1, 11:13, 12:12; John 15:26, 16:7-15; Acts 1:8, 2:1-18, 8:18, 10:46, 13:2, 19:6; Romans 8:9-11, 14-16, 26-27; 1 Corinthians 3:16; Ephesians 1:13-14; 2 Peter 1:21; Revelation 22:17
Eternity
We believe in a real Heaven and a real Hell. Heaven is the eternal dwelling place of all who believe in Jesus Christ. Those who have rejected Christ will be judged justly by God and will be eternally separated from Him in Hell.
Daniel 12:2; Matthew 5:3, 12, 20, 6:20, 19:21, 25:34, 41-46; Mark 9:43-48; John 17:24; 2 Corinthians 5:1; Hebrews 9:27, 11:16; 1 Peter 1:4; Revelation 14:9-11, 20:12-15, 21:8
Man
We believe that mankind was created in the image and likeness of God, he was created good and upright. However, through Adam’s voluntary transgression known as sin, the race fell, inherited a sinful nature and became alienated from God. Man lives in total depravity and is utterly incapable of redeeming himself.
Salvation
Man’s only hope of salvation rests in the grace that is freely given in, through and by Jesus Christ. It is through faith that we are saved by grace (which is undeserved and unearned) through Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works or of any human efforts.
Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9-10; Galatians 2:16, 3:8; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; Hebrews 9:22
The Church
We believe the one true and universal Church consists of those who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ and regenerated by the Holy Spirit, and that the local church should be the expression of the one true and universal Church. We believe that Christ appointed the ministries of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher, for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry. We believe that Jesus is the builder and protector of His church. We believe in the ultimate triumph of the Church through the power of the Holy Spirit under the government of Jesus Christ.
